Workshop production of pipespools
We produce pipespools made of metals according to our customers’ isometric drawings conform to international standards for all kinds of applications in plant construction and shipbuilding on a 5,000 m2 hall area in our works in Bremen. We supply complete piping ready for installation, including the required works inspections and surface treatment. We hereby trust long-term, well-qualified partners.
Our production workshops have modern, complex equipment with NC flame cutting and bending machines, the latest welding technology through to automated welding, which enable high-quality products and short delivery times. Our own workshop engineering, production planning and international procurement contribute to a high degree of flexibility and our own controls over the entire manufacturing process.
We virtually exclude the formation of alien corrosion and ensure quality by consequently separating CrNi and Cunife-steel processing from the black steel departments. In addition, quality and traceability of the processed materials are ensured by clearly described processes.

Double-walled pipelines for gaseous and liquid fuels in sensitive surroundings
We supply efficient solutions for cryogenic applications – from the detailed design and material procurement through to production, testing and fitting. Both design ready for production and use and the well-qualified production and testing of the pipelines are performed in our own works. 100 % traceable processing conform to accepted production processes and the procurement of the accordingly tested materials guarantee that the components are used safely and reliably.

Pressure vessels in all kinds of executions
As a specialist for constructing pressure vessels, we manufacture both pressure vessels and customized containers according to customer drawings for various applications:
- Natural gas plants

- Diaphragm water pressure tanks (DLWK)
Pressure vessels are manufactured in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU, AD2000 and other international standards, such as LR and DNVGL. Detail design, production, testing and surface coating are part of our services.

Pipelines for plant in series
Our stock of machines enables the production of series parts in a quality that remains high and can be reproduced. Pipelines made of metals with the most different components are prepared by machine and welded automatically.
Our series parts are produced for various plants and are delivered to OEMs with a series requirement:
- Wind energy plants
- Water treatment works
- Fuel purification systems
- Fire extinguisher systems
Plant components for LNG systems
CIG Piping Technology GmbH has produced a special product programme in our works for providers of LNG systems for many years now. This programme concerns different plant components, which are designed for specific customer needs. These include the following:
- Pipelines for LNG, CNG / single and double-walled
- Pipelines in tank terminal compartments
- Heat exchanger modules
- Vaporisers
Apart from producing and testing in our own facilities, we also assemble these systems directly on-board ships. It goes without saying that we complete the inspections and acceptances ourselves.
Special constructions and made-to-measure plant
In addition to the complete range of traditional pipeline construction, CIG offers customer-specific solutions and manufactures customized constructions in plant engineering and piping construction. Many years of experience, modern machinery and extensive qualifications continually lead to interesting projects. As a rule, the round pipe in all its facets is the basis of the design.
